Amber Hagin

Amber Fender is currently working on two degrees,  Associate Degree:  Veterinarian Technician and
Bachelor Degree:  Equine Science.  She is also currently working toward her Professional Trainers
Certification and Professional Instructors Certification.  She has been a trail guide for Sea Island and
has assisted Dr. Christy Betz, veterinarian.  Amber continues to train olympic champion Arabian horses
with Smoke Rise Farms.  Amber has loved horses since she could talk and has ridden since the age of
5.  She still has her first horse, Beauty, a 33 year old mare Rocky Mountain.  Beauty is retired now, but
still loves attention.  Amber is somewhat of a horse whisperer.  She can ride and tame horses no one
else can ride or manage.  Amber runs North Fork Equestrian Center adjacent to Advance Learning
Center.  All but 1 of Amber's current students placed at the last local competition on their borrowed
charges.  She manages 8 horses (down from 12!!!), gives horseback riding lessons and trail rides.  She
will also take her horses to your birthday party or other function.
